Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the vibrant Palermo neighborhood of BA. The rooms, ranging from larger street-facing ones to the amazing suite I upgraded to, were spacious, modern, and tastefully done. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite, going out of their way to assist with anything I needed. The location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and bars around for entertainment, and it felt safe to explore the area at night. The dining experience, although tasty, could use some improvement compared to other similar hotels. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities and friendly service.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were appointed nicely and very comfortable, but the location in Palermo Hollywood wasn't my favorite; I would have preferred Palermo Soho. The service was a bit of a rollercoaster, accommodating when needed but unfriendly at times. The dining options were limited, but the overall facilities were good.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms, although not incredibly large, were luxurious with nice amenities like a balcony and excellent water pressure. The cleanliness was impressive, and the bathroom was great. The service was top-notch, especially their help in organizing a last-minute tango show trip. The location was excellent for exploring Palermo, despite the unattractive surroundings. The dining experience was superb with a variety of delicious treats. The facilities were well-maintained and added to the overall comfort of my stay.
